Cornerstone to build in Worthington MN

January 5th, 2011

Cornerstone Construction Inc. is pleased to announce that we have contracted with the City of Worthington MN to build a new 12,000 sq ft City owned convention center and an attached 64 room hotel. Cornerstone expects to begin construction on the project once design is completed in the Spring of 2011 with completion expected in the Winter of 2012.

Cornerstone Construction Inc. is pleased to announce the development of a new 70 unit all suite hotel in Canal Park, Duluth MN. This new landmark with create a new skyline in Canal Park, one of the top tourist destinations in the midwest. Cornerstone is pleased to be working with Lakehead Boat Basin Marina and other partners on this exciting new project. Construction is slated to begin the early 2011 and be completed by summer of 2011.

New Hotel in Aberdeen SD!

Cornerstone Construction Inc. announces the development and construction of a new 53 unit GrandStay Residential Suites hotel in Aberdeen SD. The new hotel is slated to break ground the 2nd week of January 2011 and have a completion date of September 2011.

New Campus Book Store Complete!

Cornerstone Construction is pleased to announce the building of a new 8,800 square foot facility that will feature a contemporary look with stone / stucco and a timber framed arched entry. This facility will provide state of the art equipment and fixtures with bright, naturally lit open salon floors and classrooms. Construction is to begin in March 2009.
